When in Europe...

As you may or may not know, I am departing for a two week vacation in Europe shortly. In preparation for my trip, I thought it best to reacquaint myself with the types of cafe beverages I will likely be enjoying....

In my American life, I am a easy gal... cafe au lait or latte is my morning beverage of choice. In my soon-to-be European life, however, I am more likely to try something new....

ps. Of course, these are all available at your local Starbucks ;)

I just found your comments on my posts! I had to order the large knot for my house and I'm pretty sure I will throw it in the reception somewhere! Looking forward to reading your blog!

That's probably the most helpful description of the various coffee-related options I've seen to date. A picture definitely tells a thousand words!

why does the wimpy watered down drink have to be named americano? hmm.

also, did you notice the caffe latte and cappuccino are the same thing?

love this post, wish i had it for my trip to france, but i'm pretty sure i can still use it at the coffee joint across the street. :)
